Meet Jaclyn Taylor, FNP-BC

Jaclyn Taylor is a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her current focus is on providing specialized care for patients with endocrine disorders, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and thyroid-related conditions. Jaclyn is deeply committed to offering personalized, evidence-based care that empowers her patients to achieve better health and well-being.

Education and Nursing Background
Jaclyn began her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from USC Upstate in 2015. She built a strong foundation in patient care as a Registered Nurse, working across various areas, including pediatric emergency care and adult critical care. These diverse experiences helped her develop a broad skill set and a deep empathy for patients and their families.

Driven to expand her ability to make a difference, Jaclyn returned to USC to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) focus. She graduated with honors in 2019, demonstrating her dedication to academic excellence and her passion for advanced nursing practice.

Professional Experience
Jaclyn began her advanced practice career in Trauma Surgery, where she honed her skills in managing critically ill and injured patients. In 2022, she joined Your Health, where she shifted her focus to endocrine care, a field she finds both challenging and deeply rewarding. Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted partner in managing chronic conditions and improving her patients' quality of life.

Jaclyn is known for her warm demeanor and strong communication skills. She believes that effective healthcare requires teamwork, and she excels in collaborating with physicians, medical staff, case managers, patients, and their families.
