Louise Talbert
Louise grew up in Chesterfield County and graduated from McBee High School. Her deep connection to her community has always been a driving force in her career. She has been a nurse for 15 years, dedicating her life to providing exceptional patient care and support. In 2021, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, focusing on executive leadership, further solidifying her expertise and leadership abilities in healthcare.
Her background is primarily in the hospice field, where she has provided compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support and dignity they deserve during difficult times. In addition to her extensive hospice experience, she has also worked as a clinic nurse and nursing instructor. As a clinic nurse, she played a key role in patient care and clinic operations. As a nursing instructor, she was dedicated to shaping the future of nursing through education and mentorship.
She also served in the military, which adds another layer of depth to her professional life. The discipline, resilience, and commitment to service she developed during her military career have been invaluable in her nursing career. These qualities have helped her navigate the complexities of healthcare with a steady and determined approach. After serving in the military, she returned to her community to care for those who had supported her throughout her life, demonstrating her dedication to giving back.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Louise is a devoted wife to AJ and a loving mother to their two children, Evan and Olivia. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching her children play sports, and traveling. These activities bring joy and balance to her life, allowing her to recharge and get her best self in her personal and professional roles.
