Melissa Chism, NP

Melissa Chism is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She worked as an intensive care nurse prior to and while completing her degree. She has over 15 years of nursing experience, both in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Melissa is well-versed in managing a wide variety of patient concerns, from primary preventive care to medically complex cases. She is board certified in hospice and palliative care and has a passion for helping clients reach their goals and optimize their quality of life.
