Pansy's professional journey began with her foundational work at the Department of Health and Environmental Control's Waccamaw Public Health District, where she served as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager. In these roles, she provided direct patient care and oversaw the operations of a home health site, including managing an operating budget and leading a team of nurses and community health aides.
